- As a “Maintenance Detail Subscription” member, you understand that your credit card will automatically charge each month until the Subscription is cancelled or terminated.
- Cancellations must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing date; otherwise you may be charged for that month and the cancellation will not be effective until the following billing date.
- No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. All cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the anniversary billing date by submitting a form on our website samscarwash.com or visiting Touch Of Grace Auto Detailing in person.
- The Subscription is per vehicle. Taxis, limos, app-based transportation services (including but not limited to Uber and Lyft) and other professional transportation vehicles are prohibited from this subscription; Touch Of Grace Auto Detailing may terminate a Subscription upon violation of these terms and conditions.
- The Subscription cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, prepaid washes or gift cards.
- Subscription is transferable upon purchase of a new vehicle and upon notice to Touch Of Grace Auto Detailing.
- Touch Of Grace Auto Detailing reserves the right to close stores due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, and store upgrades.
- Touch Of Grace Auto Detailing reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and the Subscription at any time.
- The Subscription contains no cash value and cannot be redeemed.
- The Subscription is non-refundable
- Members are limited to 1 wash per month.
- The recharge to the authorized customer credit card will take place on the anniversary date of the initial purchase.
- There are no statements issued to the customer when the Monthly Subscription payment bills each month.
